In January 2020, the chapter began hosting a community-wide Annual Founders Day Luncheon alternating between Lawrence and Topeka. This luncheon honors the Founders of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, our Five Pearls, Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts.
At this Founders Day Luncheon, Chi Delta Zeta also honors our founding principles by recognizing one person in the Lawrence community and one in the Topeka community who exemplifies Scholarship and Service. Community members who have been recognized thus far are:
