Chi Delta Zeta participates in many community service projects in Lawrence and Topeka. The chapter currently partners with Doulas of Douglas County, Lighthouse TCO Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Lawrence Homeless Shelter, SENT Topeka, Highland Park Central Elementary School, and the YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment in Topeka.

Chi Delta Zeta Chapter History

The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Chi Delta Zeta Chapter was chartered on August 2, 2008, in Lawrence, Kansas. Charter members were Alexandra Lewis, Cassie Eanes-Brown, Precious Porras, DeAndrea Herron, Krista Howard, Marshanna (Hester) Smith, Ebony Howard, and Tanisha Green.

In 2014, Chi Delta Zeta started the Blue Hope Scholarship Fund to recognize the academic achievement of young men and women in the Lawrence and Topeka communities and encourage academic growth by providing scholarships for students to continue their education.
